Role:
In this role, you will serve as a strategic marketing leader responsible for aligning DFW's brand, retail, and channel marketing efforts into integrated programs that drive demand for Wisconsin dairy products across various markets while strengthening Wisconsin dairy's presence domestically and internationally. Specifically, you will… Lead and unify brand, retail/channel, creative, and industry-facing marketing strategies into a cohesive go-to-market approach. Strategic advisor to help shape the future direction of DFW marketing by aligning marketing investments with high-impact growth opportunities that drive measurable outcomes in brand health, demand generation, and partner engagement. Transform brand strategy into marketing programs across digital, retail, media, events, and industry partnerships. Ensure alignment between brand storytelling, promotional efforts, buyer engagement, and partner activations. Lead the creative function, creative workflow processes, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring best-in-class execution, efficiency, and brand consistency across all marketing outputs. Oversee strategy and execution of domestic and international trade shows and events. Guide buyer engagement strategies, including missions and experiential programs. Collaborate closely with Dairy Processor Partnerships(DPP) team to align marketing efforts with industry needs. Help processors leverage DFW marketing programs and participate in storytelling and promotional initiatives.
About You:
Must be a very seasoned, CPG marketing executive, with a bachelor's degree plus at least 15+ years of experience in progressive marketing leadership, ideally in CPG, consumer durables with retail grocery customer base, food, agriculture or related sectors . Proven ability to build brands, develop strategy and execute impactful marketing programs. Ability to influence, lead and collaborate across teams and diverse target audiences. You will positively contribute to a culture of unity and excellence here at DFW by being hungry, humble and smart. About the Job & Benefits . This position is located Madison, Wisconsin. You should be willing to travel approximately 30% of the time, including occasional evenings and weekends.
