COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT MANAGER
Supporting the Communications Assistant Director and the Communications Team, the Communications Project Manager will plan and oversee and execute on church communications projects, designating project resources, monitoring progress, ensuring timely completion and execution, and within budget.

WORK SCHEDULE
Tuesday through Saturday, typically with flexibility for ministry needs Special services, including Easter, Christmas, and events, as needed
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Communications Assistant Director and the Communications Teams by: Supporting and participating in the mission, vision, and values of the church and its implementation, through church communications. Effectively utilizing all aspects of our church management system (Planning Center) and our project management systems (Monday, Basecamp, SmugMug, etc.) for maximum effectiveness for church communications. Submitting, managing, and completing on time all Live Design projects. Serving as liaison with our assigned Live Design Project Manager. Working with church and ministry leaders as needed to effectively and timely execute communications projects. Supporting the maintenance of our online Communications approach, including but not limited to our website, digital bulletin, and App. Supporting the maintenance of our on-campus Communications approach, including but not limited to signage, and digital and print media. Reporting on project management analytics. Participating in weekly Communications Team meetings, monthly one-on-one meetings with Supervisor, creative meetings, and other meetings as assigned. Assuming other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED CRITICAL SKILLS, TRAINING, AND EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one year of project management experience Proficient with computers, including Internet, Email, Microsoft Office 365 Proficient with Church Management Systems (i.e., Pushpay/CCB) Proficient with project management systems (i.e., Basecamp, Monday) Agrees and aligns with the vision, values, and doctrinal Statement of Beliefs of Rock Point Church. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two years of project management experience in a church Bachelors level or higher accredited Communications education Working knowledge of Expense Management Solutions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk and will occasionally be required to do some light lifting (up to 25 pounds).
