This hybrid, contract role is open to candidates based in either Santa Monica, CA, or New York City and is expected to last approximately four months. The role involves developing strategic marketing messages, managing client communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive ad sales revenue.
Client Communications Manager Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and create tailored client communication projects such as sales pitches, partnership recaps, and consultative presentations from start to finish; crafting outlines, slide building in PowerPoint, copy editing, some light art directing, presenting concepts to internal stakeholders, etc. Develop compelling narratives and presentations from concept to delivery for various stakeholders. Support in executing proactive communication initiatives for clients. Assist in high-stakes, complex narrative development for internal and external audiences. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure message consistency and impactful storytelling.
Client Communications Manager Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales support, or communications. Portfolio / samples of this type of work. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and visual problem solver. Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong visual storytelling skills, with high skill in PowerPoint; Photoshop experience is a plus. Resourcefulness, organizational skills, and relationship-building ability.
