We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Outreach Representative to join our team and help drive meaningful customer engagement through hands-on outreach initiatives. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our customer outreach efforts, working face-to-face with individuals to build relationships, spark engagement, and introduce AT&T's services in a clear and approachable way. Customer Outreach Representative:

Lead in-person customer outreach efforts to connect with new and existing customers Build strong relationships through authentic customer engagement and conversation Represent AT&T services while enhancing the overall customer experience Support ongoing outreach campaigns designed to increase engagement and visibility Answer questions and provide solutions that strengthen customer engagement Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and boost customer engagement results

What We're Looking For:

A strong interest in customer engagement, outreach, and people-focused work Previous experience in customer-facing roles or outreach is a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to drive engagement A proactive attitude toward building relationships and expanding customer outreach Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, customer engagement environment A team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering strong customer experiences

Pay:

$3,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
