In this role, the Customer Relations Representative will help customers explore wireless devices, internet services, and mobile plan options while building strong communication and relationship-management skills in a team-focused environment. As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and daily support from experienced team leaders. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build professional experience in customer relations, communications, account support, or business development while working with a nationally recognized telecommunications brand. Role Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Representative Represent your clients by introducing AT&T wireless devices, Fiber internet services, and plan options to customers. Learn how to support customer accounts by identifying communication and connectivity needs. Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up support. Work alongside team members and leadership to maintain organized customer interactions and account updates. Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication skills, customer engagement, and professional development. Support team goals while developing leadership and business communication. Qualities of an Customer Relations Representative Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable working with customers in a face-to-face environment. Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks throughout the day. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude. Open to learning new skills and receiving hands-on training. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is helpful but not required.
