SEO, AEO
(Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and PPC — and we're leading Korea's rapidly growing SEO and GEO market. Now we're expanding into the U.S., and we're hiring the team that will make it happen. This is our in-house Social Media Manager role. You'll build Growly's own brand presence from the ground up — Instagram, Reels, and LinkedIn. You won't be executing someone else's playbook; you'll be writing it. What You'll Own
  • Growth strategy and day-to-day management of Growly's Instagram (you own the follower, reach, and engagement metrics)
  • Planning and designing carousel content (card-news style posts)
  • Reels from start to finish — ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing
  • LinkedIn content creation and posting (B2B tone, English)
  • Monthly content calendar and performance reporting Must-Haves
  • Fluent in both Korean and English (required — you will create content in both languages)
  • Strong short-form video editing skills: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
  • Carousel/graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop)
  • Hands-on understanding of the Instagram algorithm and current trends
  • A social account you've personally run or grown (personal accounts welcome) Nice-to-Haves
  • Interest in or working knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, or PPC (you'll be turning our expertise into content)
  • Experience in agency, B2B, healthcare, or beauty environments
  • Photography and photo retouching skills
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Portfolio — Required to Apply Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
Please include:
1. At least one link to a Reel (or short-form video) you edited yourself 2. A link or file showing carousel content you designed (Bonus points if you include links to accounts you've managed) Why Join Now We're at the inflection point — proven in Korea, expanding into the U.S. Joining now means you're not employee #50 running someone's channels; you're an early team member building a brand's voice in a new market. Your content will be the front door of that expansion. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
