This role demands a proactive leader capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, and ensuring project delivery aligns with technical specifications, safety standards, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction site experience, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency with advanced construction management tools. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative telecommunications infrastructure development within a dynamic industry environment. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of telecommunications DAS construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows and resolve technical or logistical issues promptly. Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Manage procurement processes using construction estimating tools and software such as HeavyBid or Primavera P6 to develop accurate cost estimates and schedules. Oversee on-site activities including civil works, trenching, cable installation, equipment mounting, and testing procedures while maintaining strict safety protocols. Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, progress tracking, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and reporting. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by reviewing contracts and managing change orders effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools; adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control; read blueprints accurately; interpret schematics; and verify that work meets design specifications. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders; manage project documentation; maintain comprehensive records for audits or reviews. Support team development by providing guidance on best practices in construction management and site safety. Skills Proven experience in construction management within telecommunications or related industries; familiarity with DAS systems is highly desirable. Strong proficiency with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6; experience with Civil 3D is advantageous. Expertise in construction estimating techniques utilizing HeavyBid or similar tools; ability to develop detailed cost projections. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding of construction drawings specific to telecommunications infrastructure. Knowledge of contracts management processes including scope review, change order administration, and contractual compliance. Familiarity with construction management software platforms like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively on fast-paced projects. Solid understanding of civil works procedures related to trenching, grounding, conduit installation, and equipment mounting.
