Job Description Summary The Assistant Director, Enrollment Systems & Operations (CRM Administrator) serves as the primary functional and operational owner of the University's CRM (Slate) within Enrollment Management. This role is responsible for system configuration, workflow development, data management, and the execution of CRM-driven communications. Working in close partnership with the Assistant Director of Enrollment Communications & Strategy, the CRM Administrator translates communication strategy into scalable workflows and ensures the accurate and timely delivery of communications. This role provides technical leadership for CRM operations, including system administration, integrations, and data governance. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3-5+ years of CRM experience. Strong technical, data and project management skills. Experience with workflow configuration and system administration. Preferred Qualifications 3-5+ years of Slate CRM experience in a higher education setting. Translate enrollment and communication strategies into workflows and processes. Ensure system readiness for recruitment cycles. Percentage Of Time 25% Specific Duties Workflow & Campaign Execution Build and deploy communication workflows (email, SMS, triggers). Implement segmentation and automation based on strategy. Ensure accuracy and timing of all CRM communications. Percentage Of Time 20% Specific Duties Segmentation & Data Governance Co-own segmentation strategy (with AD). Maintain queries, audience definitions, and naming conventions. Ensure data integrity and scalability. Percentage Of Time 10% Specific Duties System Configuration & Administration Configure forms, applications, portals, and workflows. Manage permissions and system governance. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Percentage Of Time 15% Specific Duties Training & User Support Serve as CRM expert for Enrollment staff. Provide training and documentation.
