We create meaningful connections between people and places through strategic marketing campaigns, compelling creative, and data-driven advertising. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who is a creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and a finger on the pulse of social media platforms. Position Overview The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the social media presence of several client accounts on the Client Services Team. This role owns content planning, collaborates closely with the writing, design, and video teams, and manages the client approval process from strategy through publication. The ideal candidate stays ahead of digital trends and platform changes, communicates clearly in both writing and conversation, and is comfortable using data to shape strategy. This is a mid-level role for someone with hands-on social media management experience who is ready to own multiple client accounts and coordinate with a small team of creatives. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Plan, create, and implement social media strategies across several client accounts. Manage content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Oversee social media account design elements (profile imagery, cover photos, layout consistency). Manage projects in line with each client's social strategy, brand guidelines, and overall digital marketing strategy. Client Communication & Approval Meet and communicate with clients regularly to review monthly strategies and brief on current community happenings. Manage the client approval process for all content. Review and proof all client content before it goes out. Client Grand Openings & Events Attend client grand openings and events, including weekend events, to provide live social media coverage. Coordinate with videographers on-site to capture event content in real time. Represent the agency in person at client events as needed, ensuring strong client visibility and support. Team Collaboration Coordinate with a creative team across client accounts. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and the video team to ensure brand consistency. Uphold the client's brand voice and help increase brand awareness across accounts. Data & Analytics Identify insights and social trends through data analytics. Use data to inform campaign and content decisions across all accounts. Monitor brand consistency, customer engagement, and web traffic driven by social campaigns. Industry Awareness Stay current on social media trends, design tools, and platform updates. Monitor competitor social media communities and channels. Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field. Hands-on experience with content planning and management across multiple client accounts. Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills. Thorough understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest). Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate metrics into action. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Willingness and availability to work occasional weekends and evenings to cover client events. Degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Agency experience. Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or community-focused marketing. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). Experience managing or mentoring junior team members. Success in this Role After 12 months, a successful Social Media Manager will: Be viewed by clients as a trusted, proactive partner on their social presence. Consistently deliver on-brand, high-quality content across all managed accounts. Use data confidently to adjust strategy and improve campaign performance. Effectively lead and develop the creative team on their accounts. Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention tied to social performance.
