Our mission is to safeguard the legacy of our creative property and build partnerships that foster brand equity. The office is a collaborative work environment and the person who's right for this position would be adaptable and a team player. Role in Studio Organization Liaise between approvals staff and various business partners. Support the studio to ensure Brand Equity according to the Mission Statement. Evaluate, collaborate and contribute to creative projects that support the brand or licensing. Core Responsibilities
  • Daily communications ○ Respond promptly to licensee/reviewer inquiries via email, chat or with virtual meetings ○ Communicate brand guidelines ○ Lead training onboardings via virtual meetings ○ Attend regular check-ins via virtual meetings and in person
  • Review product design submissions for licensed product ○ Develop comprehensive understanding of the brand and the contents of the digital asset library ○ Communicate with partners about proper usage of assets according to brand guidelines ○ Offer suggestions for best usage of the characters and/or any related editorial content Ongoing Duties
  • Product Approvals communication liaison between partners and approvals reviewers
  • Support staff and partners with questions about the approvals system and digital asset library ○ Assist with account access to approval system and digital asset library when necessary and share brand guidelines for product development ○ Update art program access in approvals system for Contract-Renewing Licensees ○ Report approvals system issues to tech support and track tickets ○ Convey relevant communication to approvals staff when necessary ○ Cover for Brand Relations team members when they are out of the office • Assist supervisor with any Special Projects • Provide regular updates to manager • May require occasional travel for annual Trade Show or Partner visits ○ Expected to present learnings to staff • Hands-on data entry/clean up • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Degree in Art, Marketing or Communication-related studies or equivalent experience • Experience in Client Support role or similar experience • Proven ability to solve problems creatively • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software tools like Asana & Airtable • Proficiency in Google Suite and Mac OS X (Preferred) • Excellent communication skills and desire to work in a collaborative, team environment across departments and with partners • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail • Deadline focused • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential • Hybrid work setting, must be based in Northern California Benefits The studio offers part-time employees who work at least 30 hours, medical, dental and disability insurance, a retirement plan, paid vacation, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
