Description We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to support targeted online marketing initiatives for a long-term contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who can manage paid digital campaigns across multiple channels, interpret performance data, and help improve audience engagement through thoughtful campaign execution. You will work on strategies that strengthen brand visibility, optimize advertising spend, and contribute to measurable marketing results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and refine digital advertising campaigns across paid search, paid social, and email marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust targeting, budget allocation, bidding, and creative elements to improve outcomes.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate traffic, conversions, and engagement trends, then translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives with broader marketing priorities and business goals.
- Develop audience-focused messaging and coordinate ad content that supports acquisition, retention, and brand awareness efforts.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare clear reports that summarize campaign effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
- Support ongoing optimization of digital marketing processes and platform usage to increase efficiency and campaign impact. Requirements
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels, including Google Ads and paid social platforms.
- Background in digital marketing and advertising in the Healthcare space.
- Hands-on knowledge of email campaign execution and performance measurement.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret campaign data accurately.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in campaign setup and optimization.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present performance insights and recommendations clearly.
