Marketing & Communications Manager

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to play an integral role in marketing communications, sales promotional activities, product launches, digital marketing, market research and internal communication for our company. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates the design and development of marketing communications and promotional materials. Develops online content to drive brand awareness and increase social media audiences and engagement across all channels. Plans and executes trade shows and other customer events. Develops and builds impactful go-to-market strategies for product launches. Administers the company's Customer Relationship Management software by editing master records and running / distributing reports. Prepares marketing reports that interpret market conditions, the competitive landscape, potential sales opportunities and customer needs. Aids in coordination of internal communications and meetings.

Knowledge:

Experience with marketing communication, including digital channels Knowledge of project management techniques and experience leading projects Knowledge of public relations and communications principles and practices Working knowledge of graphic design, publishing, and product literature production Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior marketing experience in a business-to-business environment is required. Oil and gas industry experience is a plus.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, or marketing or 5+ years of experience in marketing, product planning, managing and publishing digital content or advertising.

In compliance with Colorado's "Equal Pay for Equal Work Act," the Company provides the following information:

Full-Time Base Salary:

$60,000 - $65,000 Eligible for discretionary holiday bonus Choice of health care plans with company contribution towards premiums Dental and vision plans available with company contribution towards premiums FSA and HSA plans available Company-paid short-term and long-term disability and life insurance 401(k) plan: Safe Harbor Match - 100% of first 1% contribution and 50% on next 5% contribution; a total of 3.5% match on 6% contribution Voluntary supplemental life insurance, accident insurance, legal & ID theft protection benefits
