Minimum Requirements:
Must be between the ages of 16-24 Must currently be a high school or college student and live, work or be familiar with communities served by United Services, Inc. Have an interest in youth substance use prevention, community advocacy, and promoting mental health Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to engage peers in conversations about substance use and wellness Be momfortable with public speaking and community engagement activities Ability to work effectively with community members and diverse populations Youth Peer Advocate Schedul e: 5 hours per week- up to 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
Work Location:
This position requires employees to be fully present in the office and in the community. This position is not eligible for benefits.
