Position Summary ​We're seeking a highly motivated, numbers-driven Admissions Communication Administrator with a proven track record of driving measurable growth and managing daily operations in the student services department. This role blends administrative precision with people-first communication, guiding families through the enrollment process with clarity and care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where there's a lot to juggle—several number reports, spreadsheets, systems, heavy student scheduling, manage calendars, conversations, and follow-ups. A strong memory and sharp attention to detail are essential to ensure nothing is missed and every task is completed with excellence. A solid background in spreadsheets is also key, as you'll be working closely with data and tracking tools daily. We value a clean, professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and a positive, professional, joyful attitude —someone who brings both energy and reliability to every interaction. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, guiding them through ​T​rials and Registration. Maintain accurate student records and enrollment data using studio management software Track admissions metrics and generate reports to support studio growth and planning Coordinate with ​o​peration director and scheduling teams to ensure smooth student placement Monitor daily registration activity and follow up with families to ensure timely communication Support seasonal enrollment campaigns Uphold studio policies and ensure all admissions processes reflect our values of excellence, kindness, and clarity Qualifications 2+ years of experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative coordination (school setting preferred) Strong organizational and data management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, ​g​oogle and studio management systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Passion for the education, performing arts and a genuine desire to support families and students ​A​dditional
Notes:
This role offers 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. Health insurance is not provided at this time.
