Search for the Vice President for Government Relations Nova Southeastern University Davie, Florida Nova Southeastern University (NSU) seeks a strategic, creative, and collaborative leader to serve as its inaugural Vice President of Government Relations (VPGR). The Vice President will join the University during a period of unprecedented momentum and excitement and will help shape the institution's next chapter. Reporting to University President Dr. Harry Moon and a member of the President's Cabinet, the Vice President will deepen ties and further expand NSU's impact regionally, nationally, and globally. Nova Southeastern University (NSU) is Florida's largest private research university and recently achieved Carnegie R1 status, reflecting its expanding research impact and national prominence. With more than 20,000 students, 220,000 alumni worldwide, and 11 colleges across multiple campuses and online programs, NSU is a leader in graduate and professional education. The Vice President will play a foundational role in establishing and evolving government relations to advance NSU's strategic priorities. Serving as a strategic advisor to the President and Board of Trustees, the VPGR will lead engagement with federal, state, and local government stakeholders; develop and execute a coordinated advocacy agenda; pursue public funding opportunities; and oversee external lobbying partnerships. This foundational role will strengthen NSU's capacity to support its academic, research, clinical, and community-serving missions while advancing long-term institutional growth and impact.
