Job Description

The Director of Fan Engagement & Community leads the effort to build one of the most passionate and inclusive supporter communities in the US, rooted in South Florida's Latin culture and the broader Broward County community. Responsibilities Own the overall fan engagement strategy; supporter culture, themed events, youth integration, and season ticket holder experience Drive the attendance growth initiatives in partnership with the ticket sales team Build relationships with community organizations across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties Design and execute the club's community development programming Serve as the club's liaison for group sales, fundraiser nights, and non-profit partnerships Develop KPIs for fan experience and community outreach; report quarterly Qualifications 5+ years in fan engagement, community relations, or events in a sports or entertainment context Deep ties to or understanding of South Florida communities Strong event planning and project management skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Preferred Soccer-specific community building experience Experience with youth sports or education-based community programs Existing relationships with Broward County sectors This is a hands-on, in-person role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 60 hours per week across six days and thrive in a culture built on hard work, accountability, and opportunity.
Compensation Salary range:
$50,400 – $63,000, depending on experience. Eligible for performance bonus tied to fan engagement, community impact, attendance growth, supporter participation, and achievement of key organizational objectives. To apply, send resume and portfolio to: tommy@ftlutd.com
