About Us Reyal Design is a design-first marketing agency in Margate. We handle social media, SEO, paid ads, web, photo, and video for restaurants and local businesses around South Florida. Small team in the office, with our production and specialist team working remotely out of Colombia and a few other countries. What This Job Actually Is You run the entire social media department. Every social client we have sits under you. You are not writing every caption and editing every reel yourself. You set the direction, assign the work, approve it, keep it on schedule, and hold the team to it. Your job is that the work goes out on time, looks right, and does something for the client. Strong social media experience is the part we will not bend on. You also need working knowledge of how SEO and paid ads support the same goals, enough to direct the specialists and catch it when something is off. You do not need to be the technical expert in either one. This role requires fluent Spanish. Most of the team you will be managing is based in Colombia and works in Spanish. You need to be able to run a one on one, give feedback, and explain a strategy in both languages. What You Will Own The department. Every social client, every social team member. Assigning accounts, balancing workloads, giving real feedback, onboarding new people, running one on ones, and flagging capacity problems before they turn into missed deadlines. Strategy per client, based on their goals, audience, and brand. Content calendars, campaigns, publishing schedules, and final approval before anything goes live. Quality control. You review content before it publishes and reports before they reach the client. You audit live accounts regularly for voice, look, and accuracy. Performance. You review engagement, reach, growth, and ad results with the specialists, propose what to change, and test formats and trends that are actually working right now. Coordination with the SEO specialist so search priorities shape content planning, and with the ads specialist on which content gets paid promotion, how it is targeted, and whether it is performing inside the approved budget. Google review responses in each client's voice. You check accounts daily, respond on time, and escalate anything serious the same day. Everything tracked in ClickUp with an owner, a due date, and a status. If it is not in ClickUp, it does not exist. Who This Is For Four or more years managing social media, ideally for multiple brands or client accounts at an agency. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written. You have led or supervised people before. Not necessarily a big team. You have had to tell someone their work was not good enough and then help them fix it. You can hold twelve things at once without dropping three of them. Strong writer. Strong content instincts. You know what performs on each platform right now, not what performed in 2022. Comfortable in scheduling, analytics, and project management tools. You use AI to move faster and you are not weird about it. Who This Is Not For If you have run one brand's Instagram and want to keep doing exactly that, this will not be a good fit. If you want to be remote, this role is in the office five days a week. What Good Looks Like In Six Months Client work goes out on time and looks like something we are proud of. The team knows what they own. Engagement and campaign numbers are moving in the right direction. Clients renew. I am not chasing you for status updates. To Apply Send your resume and tell me two accounts you have managed and what changed while you had them. Real numbers if you have them. That is what I will actually read.
