Full Job Description All Pro Dad Chapter Expansion Specialist Position Overview:
The All Pro Dad Chapter Expansion Specialist is responsible for growing the number of All Pro Dad chapters in primarily, but not limited to, the greater Fort Lauderdale/Miami area by cultivating relationships with district leaders, school administrators, educators, and community leaders. This role focuses on driving growth by starting new chapters, supporting local leaders, and ensuring the continued success of chapters across the region. This position reports to the Senior All Pro Dad Chapters Sales Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Engage Educational Leaders :
Build relationships with school and community leaders to establish new All Pro Dad chapters.Lead Management :
Track and manage incoming leads from campaigns, sign-ups, ads, and events to generate new chapter opportunities. Equip Schools forChapter Leadership Recruitment :
Train school leadership on how they can recruit potential chapter leaders through launch events.Target Achievement :
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly chapter growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).CRM Management :
Update and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including meeting notes, calls, and email follow-ups.Chapter Support :
Oversee the registration process for new chapters, conduct captain training, and manage dues collection.Stakeholder Engagement :
Obtain support letters from educational leaders and other key stakeholders.Promote All Pro Dad Chapters :
Represent and promote the All Pro Dad Chapter initiative at conferences, events, and meetings.Travel :
Participate in travel (approximately 20%) to meet with school leaders, attend events, and support chapter development.Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of stakeholders. Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple projects effectively. Experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement is a plus. HubSpot experience in preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
