- Experienced Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle customer relationship management applications.
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle CRM software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle CRM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Applying business process consulting techniques to enhance customer relationship management
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for customer needs analysis and transformation projects
- Engaging in deployment management and design implementation for technology solutions
- Gathering information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform decision-making
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Adapting to fast-paced environments and diverse client challenges to deliver quality work What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- Demonstrating experience with Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Utilizing skills in Business Process Improvement and Modeling
- Engaging in Technology Implementation and System Interoperability
- Applying knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite
- Excelling in Customer Engagement and Satisfaction
- Adapting to diverse client needs and environments Travel Requirements Up to 40% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $63,000
