Evans seeks to hire a full-time, in office, Brand Communications Manager to join our Marketing team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role will work closely with the VP of Marketing in the development of strategic communications that strengthen brand awareness, support business development efforts, elevate thought leadership, and reinforce the company's culture and values. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator, exceptional writer, and collaborative leader who can transform company expertise, project successes, and employee stories into meaningful content that engages key audiences. They combine strong editorial judgment with data-driven decision-making to shape effective communications and ensure every message authentically reflects the professionalism, expertise, and culture that define Evans.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain communications standards ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and voice across all platforms. Lead the development of thought leadership content, executive bios, articles, and strategic company messaging. Manage the creation and distribution of press releases, company announcements, client-facing newsletters and external communication. Direct the development of post content and creative assets that support the company's social media strategy including maintaining a content calendar. Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements that increase audience reach and effectiveness for social media and communication campaigns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize communications initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Coach and develop communications team members. Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or a related discipline. 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or content marketing. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Experience developing thought leadership content, executive communications, and public-facing articles. Experience managing corporate social media platforms and content strategies. Strong understanding of branding principles and brand voice management. Understanding of newsletter platforms, email marketing tools, and content analytics. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, interviewing, and collaboration skills. Construction or Real Estate industry experience a plus.
