About the Role At Ashton Manor at Sugarloaf, we believe every family deserves a trusted guide on the journey to senior living. As our Family Advisor, you are that guide the first voice families hear, the relationship that carries them from initial inquiry through move-in day and beyond. This is a sales and marketing leadership role at heart, but it lives in relationship. You will build and manage a robust census pipeline, develop referral partnerships across the greater Atlanta area, and create the kind of experience that turns families into advocates for our community. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle from first inquiry through signed residency agreement across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living Conduct personalized community tours, family consultations, and follow-up touchpoints that build trust and drive decisions Develop and maintain a strong referral network including hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and senior care advisors Manage census strategy in partnership with the Executive Director to achieve and sustain occupancy goals Track leads, activities, and conversion data in the CRM; report weekly on pipeline health and move-in projections Plan and execute community events, outreach programs, and marketing initiatives that strengthen Ashton Manor's presence in the market Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth, compassionate transitions for new residents Monitor the competitive landscape and share market intelligence to inform pricing and positioning decisions What You Bring 2+ years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy goals Genuine passion for serving older adults and their families during pivotal life transitions Strong communicator with the ability to lead sensitive conversations with empathy and confidence Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline independently Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic digital marketing tools Flexibility to work select evenings or weekends for events and family availability Why Ashton Manor Supportive leadership invested in your professional development and success A community that prioritizes dignity, warmth, and person-centered care making your job easier to sell with integrity Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives tied to occupancy growth The autonomy to build relationships and develop strategy in a role that truly matters
