Job Description
Capital Campaign Manager The Idaho Innovation Center is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Capital Campaign Manager to lead an exciting fundraising campaign supporting the development of our new Entrepreneurial Campus. This transformational project will expand business incubation, workforce development, entrepreneurial education, and economic opportunity throughout Eastern Idaho. Working directly with the Executive Director and a respected Capital Campaign Committee made up of regional business leaders, you will help lead a campaign with a goal of raising approximately $4 million through grants, corporate partnerships, foundations, businesses, and individual donors. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Capital Campaign Cultivate relationships with donors and community leaders Coordinate meetings with prospective major donors Support the Capital Campaign Committee Track fundraising progress and donor activity Coordinate campaign communications and events Assist with grant coordination and reporting Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about economic development An exceptional relationship builder Comfortable speaking with executives and community leaders Highly organized Self-motivated Goal-oriented Professional and enthusiastic Experience in fundraising is helpful but not required. Individuals with backgrounds in sales, banking, business development, nonprofit leadership, economic development, higher education advancement, or community leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.
