THE POSITION
We're hiring a full-time, in-person general manager to help lead our team, support our coaches, strengthen class coverage, build a PT roster, and create a consistent, high-touch member experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves coaching, people, communication, and ownership. You'll be on the floor coaching classes, coordinating the weekly schedule, running no-sweat intros, supporting personal training growth, helping with member communication, and building community through events and content. We're looking for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, lead as part of a team, and use good judgment to take action before being asked.

We help real people build strength and health that lasts, from beginners finding their footing to longtime members chasing new goals. We're a tight-knit gym with big ambitions to grow our membership, expand our programming, and develop a career-minded coaching team that treats this as a profession, not a side gig. Proposed
