The Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) is looking for a dynamic Associate Program Director to join our Educational Access team. This isn't just a desk job—it's a chance to shape the next generation of Catholic educational leaders through two of our most impactful initiatives: the Frassati Internship and the Program for Educational Access (PEA) . Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, you will be the engine behind recruitment, the architect of program experiences, and the voice of our mission.
Your Mission:
Two Pillars of Impact The Frassati Internship:
Mentorship & Partnership Relationship Architect:
Serve as the primary liaison for partner organizations, fostering deep, mission-aligned relationships with roughly fifteen key partners.Talent Scout:
Lead the charge in recruiting, selecting, and strategically placing thirty high-potential interns annually.Program Visionary:
Own the full lifecycle of the internship—from designing high-energy onboarding sessions to creating meaningful alumni connections.Storyteller:
Champion the Frassati brand by authoring compelling blog posts, driving social media strategy, and launching innovative recruitment campaigns. Program for Educational Access (PEA):Strategy & Operations Summit Director:
Take the lead on event management for the Reform Leaders' Summit (RLS), ensuring a world-class experience for participants.Digital Learning Lead:
Design and facilitate the RLS remote learning curriculum, blending strategy with content development to engage leaders nationwide.Selector of Excellence:
Manage the rigorous recruitment and evaluation process for forty RLS candidates each year.Strategic Communicator:
Execute the PEA communication strategy, keeping our community engaged and informed through digital and social channels. Other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of our mission.Qualifications Education:
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree (5 years) or advanced certification beyondBachelor's Experience:
1 to 2 years Excellent interpersonal skills and facility communicating with prospective applicants - with a particular focus on writing. Classroom teaching experience is not required, but extremely valuable, preferably in a Catholic school. Additional Information This position will close on April 17, 2026.
