In this role, you will answer emergency and non-emergency calls, gather essential information, coordinate law enforcement, fire, and EMS response during active calls. EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION

Experience in dispatch, public safety, call centers, healthcare, customer service, or other fast-paced environments is helpful, but not required.
