Join Capper Foundation as a Community Engagement Manager and turn relationships into real impact. In this dynamic, people-focused role, you'll be out in the community building partnerships with local businesses, engaging donors, and creating memorable events that fuel our mission. One day you might be pitching a sponsorship, the next you're coordinating a high-energy fundraising event or representing the organization at community events.
What You'll Do:
Build meaningful relationships with donors, businesses, and community partners Secure sponsorships and funding that directly support life-changing programs Plan and execute engaging events from start to finish Collaborate with marketing and development teams to bring ideas to life Serve as a visible ambassador in the community—networking, presenting, and inspiring others to get involved

What You Bring:
1-3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, events, or relationship-building roles Passion for community engagement and nonprofit work Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet goals in a fast-paced environment Confidence in networking, presenting, and building professional relationships Experience with event planning, donor databases, or CRM systems is a plus Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office and event/fundraising platforms (Eventbrite, GiveButter, etc.) Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and community activities Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed If you're organized, outgoing, and passionate about making a difference, this is your chance to build relationships that truly matter.
