Logan County Animal Care and Control in Russellville, KY, is looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Community Engagement Assistant . What You'll Do As the Front Desk & Community Engagement Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while fostering strong relationships with the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about the animals in our care . Managing front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records. Supporting community outreach efforts to promote animal welfare and adoption events. Assisting with administrative tasks to keep our facility running efficiently. Collaborating with team members to provide excellent service to both animals and people. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and ready to be the friendly face of our organization.
