We are a regional rent-to-own furniture, appliance, and electronics company with 35 locations across Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. Our company has a strong local presence and a loyal customer base, and we're looking for someone who understands how to create content that feels real, engaging, and community-focused. This role is heavily focused on short-form video content for Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. You'll travel between store locations capturing content, highlighting products and promotions, participating in campaigns, and helping build the online personality of our brand. If you enjoy creating videos, keeping up with social trends, and turning everyday moments into engaging content, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities Create and edit short-form video content for: Facebook Reels Instagram Reels TikTok Produce 2-3 videos per week minimum Create additional campaign and promotional content as needed Travel between store locations to capture content Film products, employees, customer interactions, sales events, and store promotions Assist with content planning and social media scheduling Monitor trends and help adapt them to our brand Work closely with the marketing department on monthly campaigns and promotions Help maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence across all platforms Qualifications 1-2 years of social media management or content creation experience preferred Experience creating short-form video content Comfortable filming and editing content independently Experience with: CapCut Canva Meta Business Suite and/or social media scheduling platforms Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Retail sales experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Must be comfortable traveling regularly between store locations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Benefits Eligible full-time employees may receive: Group Health, Vision, Dental Company-paid Life Insurance 401(k) with company match and profit sharing after one year of service Paid holidays including: New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Paid vacation About Affordable Home Furnishings Affordable Home Furnishings is a locally focused rent-to-own company serving communities across Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.
