Role:

Support VulcanForms? investor communications, reporting, and relationship management activities. This role helps translate company performance and strategy into clear, compelling communications for the company?s investor base while supporting engagement across financing and reporting cycles. The Investor Relations Analyst / Associate will work closely with Corporate Development and senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft investor updates, board materials, presentations, and talking points that clearly communicate company performance and strategy
• Support the preparation and coordination of investor communications across financing and reporting cycles
• Track and manage investor requests, maintaining accurate investor trackers and ensuring timely, consistent responses
• Translate financial and operational results into clear, concise, investor-facing narratives and materials
• Support investor conferences, roadshows, and other events, including scheduling, preparation, coordination, and follow-up
• Partner with the Corporate Development team to support fundraising processes and investor engagement
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of investor-related information and communications
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate, timely information for investor materials
• Support senior leadership preparation for investor meetings and discussions

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, investor relations, or corporate finance
• Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to produce polished, clear, investor-ready communications
• Solid financial fluency and the ability to translate company performance into clear investor-facing messages
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Self-sufficient and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable operating on a lean team with direct exposure to senior leadership
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting fundraising processes or managing investor requests
• Experience coordinating investor conferences, roadshows, or other investor events
• Exposure to industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similarly complex industries
• Experience developing board materials, investor presentations, or executive communications

Compensation:

• Annual base salary: \$83,880 to \$115,335
