Your Role:
The Communications Business Partner Americas will be responsible for developing and executing the regional communications strategy, ensuring alignment with global Life Science business objectives and corporate communications. This role will serve as the key communications partner for Commercial Americas leaders and their teams, managing both internal and external communications initiatives that drive engagement, brand positioning, and business success. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with strong leadership skills, able to navigate a matrixed organization, influence stakeholders, and manage premium, high-end events.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communications & Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Americas communications strategy aligned with global Life Science and corporate priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial Americas leaders, providing strategic communication counsel and support. Manage and deliver premium, high-impact events that strengthen brand positioning, engage key stakeholders, and create measurable business value.Internal Communications:
Develop and execute internal communication plans to engage and align Americas employees with business objectives. Support leadership communications, including executive messaging, town halls, and strategic announcements. Drive engagement initiatives that enhance culture, collaboration, and motivation across Americas.Global Communications & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Support the Global Communication strategy and agenda by delivering internal/external content. Oversee regional PR, media relations, and thought leadership programs to strengthen brand positioning in alignment with global branding and messaging. Manage content development for external channels, including social media, press releases, and events in collaboration with External Communications. Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure brand consistency and maximize external visibility. Serve as the key liaison between Americas Commercial teams and Corporate Communications, ensuring smooth coordination of messaging and initiatives. Partner with Marcom, HR, and other business functions to amplify key campaigns and announcements. Engage with external agencies and vendors as needed to support regional communications projects.Who You Are Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5-7+ years of experience in corporate communications, in the life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels. Experience in managing crisis communications and change management initiatives.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Role based in MA Pay Range for this position: $114,200- $171,400. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
