We provide digital hardening, privacy, and \'Software-Defined\' privacy to western MA and develop related public policy.

Your Role:

You are a self-managed Principal who can implement our vision for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Fortification:

  Design and maintain the firm\'s ultra-secure \'Zero-Trust\' website and internal encrypted communications
• key to our brand.

• Software-Defined Privacy:

  Implement end-to-end encrypted infrastructures (VPNs, Signal, Proton) to minimize data transmission footprints for clients.

• Policy Architecture:

  Provide feedback on state-level and municipal privacy policy and translate model policies into technical standards for contracts.

• Confidentiality & Discretion:

  Because of the sensitive nature of the work, you must adhere to the highest standards of nondisclosure. All model policies and internal \'hardening\' strategies are the exclusive property of the firm and protected by strict non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.
• Oversee our sliding scale service model, ensuring high-end contracts cross-subsidize privacy access for the local community and the development of model policies that protect public interests.

Requirements:

• Principal-Level Strategist:

  Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity, network hardening, and data privacy law (e.g., MA 201 CMR 17.00).

• Autonomous Operation:

  Ability to function as a Principal-level strategist with minimal oversight.
• Passion for privacy, policy, and secure environments.

• Compliance Background:

  Experience with municipal or utility compliance a major plus

• Communication:

  Ability to translate complex technical risks into clear feedback for policy development.
• Bachelor\'s degree of high-level certifications (e.
