Job Description

Director of Go-To-Market Operations About the Opportunity Our client is a boutique investment firm serving financial advisors across the independent broker-dealer and RIA ecosystem. The firm combines institutional investment expertise with a data-driven approach to portfolio management and is experiencing strong, intentional growth. They are seeking individuals who are self-directed, detail-oriented, and thrive in an execution-focused environment. The Role Our client is hiring a Director of Go-To-Market Operations (GTM Ops) to lead the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power revenue generation. This individual will own the CRM, oversee data integrity, and drive alignment across sales and marketing to create a scalable, high-performing go-to-market engine. This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership and visibility. Key Responsibilities Own CRM & Revenue Systems Manage and optimize HubSpot as the system of record Build workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations Ensure CRM data is accurate, structured, and actionable Drive Data & Reporting Establish data governance and enforce quality standards Maintain clean data through ongoing QA and system updates Deliver clear reporting on pipeline, performance, and conversion metrics Support GTM Execution Operationalize product launches, campaigns, and events Build repeatable processes to ensure consistency and scalability Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure campaigns are measurable and aligned Enable Sales Performance Develop onboarding, training materials, and playbooks Standardize processes and improve CRM adoption across the team Improve & Scale Operations Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows Build scalable systems to support growth and reduce manual execution Qualifications 5-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or similar Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot (admin-level) Strong experience with CRM data management, reporting, and workflow automation Proven ability to build or scale GTM processes Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred:
