At The Springs, that person is our Clubhouse Associate. As the Clubhouse Associate, you'll serve as a welcoming presence within our senior living community. You'll help residents navigate community resources, support neighborhood events and activities, coordinate communications, and ensure the clubhouse remains a warm, inviting space where connections can flourish. Most importantly, you'll help create an environment where residents feel informed, engaged, and proud to call The Springs home. What Your Impact Will Look Like You'll often be one of the first people residents interact with, whether they're long-time community members or new homeowners beginning an exciting chapter of life. You'll welcome new residents by helping ensure they have the information, resources, and support they need to settle into the community with confidence. From providing welcome materials to assisting with important documentation, you'll help make new neighbors feel right at home. You'll help keep residents informed through community newsletters, updates, and communication efforts that connect neighbors to important information and upcoming opportunities. You'll support the daily life of the community by helping maintain a clubhouse environment that is clean, welcoming, organized, and ready to host activities, meetings, and gatherings. You'll work alongside volunteers, committees, and resident groups that make The Springs such a vibrant community. Whether helping coordinate events, supporting established clubs, or encouraging resident engagement, you'll play an important role in fostering meaningful connections among neighbors. You'll serve as a communication bridge between residents, the HOA Board, and Wellspring's Home Office team, helping ensure questions are answered, concerns are addressed, and information flows smoothly throughout the community. Some days you'll be preparing welcome materials for a new homeowner. Other days you'll be helping coordinate a resident event, answering questions, supporting volunteers, or assisting with community communications. What You'll Bring Office administration or administrative support experience preferred. Strong customer service and public relations skills. Professionalism, empathy, and self-awareness in interactions with residents, families and colleagues. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
