The ServiceNow Alliance Campaign Director is responsible for driving sectorspecific sales motions and shaping the gotomarket strategy for the EY-ServiceNow alliance. This role involves collaborating with global alliance leadership, sector teams, and Super Regions to design campaign program elements, strengthen sectorfocused relationships, and activate largescale GTM initiatives. It is a unique opportunity to influence how EY shows up with ServiceNow in priority markets, lead the development of messaging and value propositions, and support earlystage strategic pursuits. This role offers the chance to work across geographies, service lines, and sectors, contributing directly to pipeline growth while helping position EY as a differentiated, trusted partner to ServiceNow and our clients. Your key responsibilities Your role will sit within the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team, partnering closely with the ServiceNow alliance leadership, sector teams, and Super Regions to design and activate high-impact GTM sales motions. The ServiceNow Alliance Campaign Director is designed for an individual passionate about accelerating sectorspecific growth, strengthening alliance relationships, and driving integrated sales campaigns.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Sales Motion Activation:
Collaborate with global alliance leaders and sector teams to design and drive sectorspecific sales motions that accelerate pipeline and strengthen EY-ServiceNow market positioning.
GTM Strategy & Program Design:
Define the gotomarket strategy and develop program elements that support differentiated EY positioning for the ServiceNow alliance.
Value Proposition & Messaging:
Lead the development of clear, compelling messaging and value propositions for campaigns, ensuring alignment across Sector, Alliance, and BMC stakeholders Collaboration with Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC): Work closely with BMC to create sales collateral, marketing assets, and campaign content that support field activation and amplify campaign impact.
Technical Asset Coordination:
Partner with internal technology teams, solution leaders, and ServiceNow alliance contacts to track and support development of demos, technical content, and other campaign assets.
Super Region Activation:
Drive campaign activation across EY's Super Regions through awareness sessions, field enablement, and coordination with regional alliance and practice leaders.
PreSales Support:
Provide early-stage support on strategic opportunities, helping shape pursuit strategies and facilitate connections with alliance leaders and solution teams.
Campaign Governance:
Oversee campaign governance and maintain strong sales/pipeline discipline, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and account-level cadence.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with Service Lines, Sectors, Super Regions, and other alliance stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution and alignment on priorities. This role is based in the US, with a mix of virtual work and regular coordination with team members globally. Some travel may be required. Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have:
GTM Campaign Development:
Proven experience designing and executing gotomarket sales campaigns, including value proposition development, messaging, and field activation across regions.
Alliance Management Expertise:
Strong background building and nurturing winwin technology alliance relationships, with a clear understanding of ServiceNow's offerings and how they create business value for clients.
Sales Motion Activation:
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales, Sectors, and Alliance teams to drive sectorspecific sales motions that accelerate pipeline growth and support major pursuits.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and pipeline insights to inform campaign strategy and shape priority account targeting.
Creative ProblemSolving:
Experience developing innovative GTM approaches, removing organizational barriers, and enabling teams to mobilize around strategic opportunities.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Proven success working with diverse stakeholders across Sectors, Super Regions, Service Lines, BMC, and Technology teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment.
Organizational Excellence:
Ability to manage multiple campaign elements simultaneously-including messaging, asset creation, governance, and regional activation-while maintaining high levels of quality and coordination.
Understanding of Technology:
Solid understanding of ServiceNow solutions, industry use cases, and the broader ecosystem to help shape differentiated EYled narratives and GTM approaches.
Relationship Building & Influence:
Strong ability to build trusted relationships with alliance executives, sector leaders, BMC, and field stakeholders, influencing action across organizational boundaries.
Effective Communication:
Highly credible communicator with excellent facilitation, storytelling, and project management skills, capable of producing compelling campaign content and executivelevel materials.
Leadership & Teaming:
Experience leading crossfunctional workstreams, guiding teams toward shared outcomes, and collaborating effectively across geographies, cultures, and working styles.

What we offer you The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $228,600 to $452,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $274,300 to $514,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
