Job Description
We are looking for a Campaign Manager to support day-to-day marketing execution for a machinery manufacturing organization in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for an entry-level to mid-level marketing specialist who enjoys keeping campaigns moving efficiently from planning through launch and follow-up. The role centers on execution, coordination, and ongoing campaign operations while partnering with internal stakeholders to help drive lead generation and demand generation efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Support daily campaign operations by managing timelines, updates, and cross-functional communication needed to keep initiatives progressing smoothly.
- Assist with lead generation and demand generation programs by organizing assets, monitoring activities, and helping campaigns reach target audiences effectively.
- Work closely with campaign leadership to translate approved plans and priorities into actionable tasks and launch-ready materials.
- Review campaign content and materials for consistency, version accuracy, and alignment with established marketing standards.
- Track campaign progress and provide regular status updates so stakeholders remain informed on milestones, adjustments, and next steps.
- Help maintain campaign documentation, revision history, and process details to support organized execution and efficient collaboration.
- Contribute to the deployment and management of media and advertising efforts that support broader marketing objectives.
