Job Description

International educational nonprofit is seeking an experienced Communications - Graphic Designer in St. Paul office with a strong background in communications. Serving the global healthcare community, dynamic Organization seeks an individual who has excellent communications experience/skills and strong interpersonal skills to implement communications strategies that include print and digital assignments. The position requires solid skills in design and marketing strategies, print materials, hands-on implementation and production processes of publications/brochures in print and digital media, web/electronic presentations, and social media graphics. Position requires attention to details, maintaining brand standards, and developing creative and innovative solutions. Position is in-person in the IJCAHPO office, not a hybrid or virtual. Key Responsibilities Writing content for communications and marketing materials, newsletters, social media, Hands on execution of concepts and design for a full range of communications, including collateral, print ads, infographics, tradeshows, and presentations. Leading and monitoring the print production of graphics, ensuring all brand and production standards are met. Leading and monitoring the broader digital strategy including web site development, apps, mobile, video, and social media campaigns. Communicate and manage vendors effectively to meet deadlines. Job Responsibilities Manage and implement communications projects across multiple organizations such as trade associations, foundation, online education web site, and event websites. Design and implement marketing publications - print and digital; publish annual educational catalog, magazines, program brochures, eblasts and broadcasts, exhibits/tradeshows, PPT presentations, video YouTube broadcasts, and others. Ability to create a brand, generate and implement creative concepts, trends and visual communication styles for marketing, PR/press relations, and promotional campaigns. Grow online presence and optimize digital marketing/web results, email campaigns, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), monitoring analytics. Create and manage social media ad campaigns. Plan, develop copy, and coordinate content for social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram). Knowledge of copyright laws applicable to design work and creative properties. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience, qualifications and abilities, including: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing or related field with 7-10 years of successful relevant experience in a similar or related field. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including the ability to present concepts verbally.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
