If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you. As a Demand Generation Manager for Public Safety, you'll be a key contributor to our demand generation efforts as a strategic GTM architect. You will lead the charge in protecting and empowering victims, survivors, and law enforcement by orchestrating high-precision marketing engines. You'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects and customers, and drive business growth. You'll collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, portfolio marketing, and content, to ensure campaigns are successful and aligned with business objectives. This role is for a data-driven storyteller who thrives on turning strategic pauses into creative action, using intuition and analytics to drive meaningful pipeline growth. What you'll do:
Campaign Development & Execution:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, webinars, events, social, trade pubs, and more), working within established strategies and guidelines. Define campaign plans, channels, ABM approaches, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize impact. Manage campaign deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and adhere to quality standards. Leverage AI agents and automated frameworks to eliminate repetitive tasks, freeing your time for high-level strategy and creative problem-solving.
Content & Messaging:
Collaborate with the content and portfolio marketing teams to develop compelling campaign messaging and content that resonates with target audiences. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to messaging guidelines across all campaign assets.
Data-Driven Reporting, Analysis & Optimization:
Ability to translate complex data into executive-level standardized readouts that focus on pipeline momentum and ROI rather than just open rates. Maintain status reports for all current campaigns, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Sales Enablement:
Empower BDR and Sales teams with the tools and insights needed to turn leads into relationships. Through regular 'Smarketing' updates and the strategic use of Seismic and Demandbase, you will foster a collaborative environment where sales and marketing move with a shared sense of purpose.

5+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Digital Marketing. While a mix of B2B and B2C experience is acceptable, at least 3 years of experience in a B2B environment is required. Bachelor's degree Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building a collaborative, results-oriented culture Technical system literacy in systems similar to or including Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, Consensus, and the Google Suite Ability to translate complex data into executive-level analysis, reporting, and presentation
