This position partners with educators and volunteers to support facilitator-led (school-based) troops and guide new troop leaders through their first year. Through strong relationship-building and consistent support, this role ensures that girls have a positive, engaging experience and that troops remain active and successful. Key Responsibilities Support and guide new troop leaders through onboarding and their first year Build strong relationships with facilitators and ensure school-based troops run consistently Help ensure new troops begin meeting and maintain engagement Provide ongoing support to keep troops active and successful Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for girls and families Support recruitment events as needed to help families get connected and placed Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, nonprofit, or customer-facing roles Experience working with educators, volunteers, or youth programs preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and traveling as needed Applicants must reside in the council jurisdiction.
