Salary Range:
$90,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually + Commission Territory includes Central and North Mississippi About Us Health Care Medical Infusion Specialties, Inc, an Access Infusion Care managed company based in Ridgeland, MS, provides high-quality infusion and specialty services for patients with a variety of infusion needs. Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Provider Relations to lead growth efforts, strengthen provider partnerships, and expand our presence on the gulf coast. This position will report directly to the VP. Key Responsibilities Lead provider outreach, sales, and relationship management efforts Develop and execute strategies that drive referral growth and market expansion Build strong partnerships with physicians, clinicians, and community organizations Analyze market trends and performance data to identify opportunities Collaborate with leadership to set goals and track results Represent the company in the community and at industry events Ensure alignment with quality, compliance, and operational standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Must have 3+ years of healthcare sales, marketing, or provider relations leadership experience Infusion sales experience preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills 2+ years of clinical experience preferred What We're Looking For A collaborative, results-oriented leader who builds strong relationships, takes ownership, and drives growth while supporting high-quality patient care.
