Job Description
About the Role The Great Falls Voyagers are looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Promotions & Community Relations Assistant to help bring the ballpark to life on game days. This is a hands-on, front-facing role perfect for someone looking to break into sports marketing, promotions, or event management. You'll work directly with our Assistant General Manager on sponsorship fulfillment, community partnerships, and game day production — gaining real experience in how a professional (Partner League) baseball team runs its business on gameday. What You'll Do Help coordinate and staff the Voyagers' Non-Profit of the Night program, serving as a point of contact for partner organizations at the ballpark Assist in writing and refining game day scripts for PA announcements and in-game entertainment Work with the AGM to help fulfill sponsorship commitments and ensure partners receive the in-game value they've been promised Oversee the distribution of donated tickets through the Voyagers' charity ticket programs Create and post game day content across the team's social media channels, capturing the energy and excitement of the ballpark in real time What We're Looking For Strong writing skills — comfortable drafting scripts, social captions, and clear communications Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with fans, sponsors, and community partners A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, live event environment Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/TikTok) for real-time content Reliable availability for the 2pm-10pm shift on game days for the rest of the 2026 season No prior experience required — this is a great entry point into sports promotions and marketing; training will be provided Why Join the Voyagers This role offers hands-on experience across game day operations, sponsorship, and marketing — ideal for someone building a career in sports business.
