This is a highly relationship-driven position focused on working with landowners, community leaders, and stakeholders to move projects from early-stage development through permitting and into pre-construction. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building trust, navigating complex environments, and helping bring impactful infrastructure projects to life.

Position Overview:

Lead development activities for data center and hybrid energy park projects from early-stage planning through permitting and pre-construction. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, community leaders, and key stakeholders. Represent the company at community events, public hearings, and stakeholder meetings. Coordinate permitting efforts and support land negotiations. Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, finance, and construction.
