East Hanover, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $108 - 137 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Execute the structured CRM Labs iterative innovation model through timeboxed stages, including ideation, rapid prototyping, and proof-of-concept readiness. Translate complex opportunities into testable concepts by defining value hypotheses, assumptions, success criteria, and practical build plans. Partner cross-functionally across Product, IT, Architecture, UX, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure experimentation is feasible and governed. Capture learnings to provide evidence-based recommendations to refine, scale, or off-ramp initiatives transparently. Support smooth handoffs of validated concepts into standard product roadmaps while protecting production capacity from shadow delivery. Stay current on state-of-the-art enterprise CRM, generative AI, Agentic AI, and data products.qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. 6+ years of experience in CRM, product management, innovation delivery, tech strategy, or consulting within Biotech, Pharma, Healthcare, or CRM sectors. Proven experience executing rapid experimentation, prototyping, or proof-of-concept projects before enterprise investment. Strong understanding of CRM landscape and platforms (Salesforce/Agentforce/Data Cloud, Veeva, AWS, Snowflake, OpenAI/Anthropic). Demonstrated experience navigating regulated environments, privacy, and compliance frameworks.Preferred:
