Visa Independent Candidates Only Must Have Skills CRM Implementation Experience Nice to Have Skills Microsoft Dynamics (MS Dynamics) Job Responsibilities Own the end-to-end functional design of CRM modules including: Partner & Opportunity Management Corporate Onboarding Journeys Customer 360 & Portfolio Views Validate features through UAT to ensure quality and business alignment Define KPIs and success metrics for CRM adoption and usage Collaborate with business leaders to drive CRM adoption across relationship managers and operations teams Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle Preferred Experience Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, FATCA, and local compliance norms Familiarity with integrations involving LOS and Core Banking Systems Experience in Cards and Payments domain is preferred Experience Required 5+ Years
