Job Description

Operations & Community Engagement Manager Desert Bloom Play Café is looking for a leader. Not just someone to show up for a shift. Not just someone to unlock the doors. We're looking for someone who wants to help build something meaningful. Los Alamos, NM Starting at $22/hour Eligible for increase after successful 90-day review Performance bonuses available Desert Bloom is more than a play café. We are a gathering place for families, caregivers, friends, coffee lovers, homeschool groups, grandparents, and community members of all ages.
We need someone who can:
Lead and support staff Manage daily operations Create and oversee schedules Plan activities and events Manage social media and marketing Build community partnerships Grow memberships and party bookings Create exceptional customer experiences Help us grow and expand Current operating hours are: Wednesday-Sunday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the business while helping us grow into everything Desert Bloom can be. We're looking for someone who: Takes initiative Solves problems without waiting to be asked Loves working with people Is organized and dependable Can lead a team with confidence Wants to make a lasting impact in our community This is an opportunity to help shape the future of Desert Bloom.
