Our fundraising teams represent nonprofit partners at established retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns throughout Las Vegas and surrounding areas. Through face-to-face conversations, we educate the public about important causes and help nonprofit organizations build sustainable support through recurring donor acquisition. We're currently hiring outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as National Charity Fundraisers . This is a full-time, W-2, in-person position with paid training. It is not remote, door-to-door, call-center based, or an independent contractor opportunity. Position Overview As a National Charity Fundraiser, you'll represent established nonprofit organizations at scheduled event and retail locations throughout the Las Vegas area. Your primary responsibility is to engage members of the public, communicate the mission and impact of the organization you represent, answer questions, and enroll individuals who choose to become ongoing donors. You do not need previous fundraising experience. We provide hands-on training in nonprofit campaign knowledge, public engagement, communication, donor acquisition, and professional sales skills. What You'll Do Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at scheduled event and retail locations Engage members of the public through professional, face-to-face conversations Educate potential supporters about nonprofit programs, initiatives, and community impact Answer questions and communicate campaign information accurately Enroll individuals interested in becoming recurring donors Follow established campaign and donor enrollment procedures Develop strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills Track individual fundraising results and campaign performance Participate in daily training and campaign meetings Work alongside your team to achieve daily and weekly fundraising goals Maintain professionalism and integrity while representing our nonprofit partners This is an active, public-facing role. You should be comfortable spending your workday on your feet, initiating conversations, and interacting with new people.
Compensation This position includes:
Daily base fee Commission based on completed donor acquisitions Performance bonuses Weekly pay Typical first-year earnings of $35,000-$55,000 Total compensation varies based on individual fundraising performance and completed donor acquisitions. Paid Training & Professional Development Every new fundraiser receives structured, hands-on training beginning on their first day.
