Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture; or equivalent degree.Experience:
2- 5 years of construction / design related experience. Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE)

Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations effectively and professionally. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Ability to work on multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prepare detailed reports and present findings clearly and professionally.Other Requirements:
Mastery of the English language- written and spoken Valid driver's license Reliable transportation + willingness/ability to travel overnight by car as well as occasional regional air travel Ability to work from ladders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities include: Complete detailed reviews of pre-construction due diligence documentation and prepare comprehensive reports that accurately identify and assess construction-related risks for clients.
