Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications Agent to support customer outreach, promotional activities, and professional communication initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, presenting information, building relationships, and representing a company in a positive and professional manner. Responsibilities Communicate with customers and prospective customers in a professional manner. Engage with customers during promotional and community activities. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information. Present products and services clearly and confidently. Build positive relationships with customers and community members. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. Assist with promotional materials and presentations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members. Collaborate with team members to achieve communication and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
