Activities (Memory Care) 1019 Belle's Place | A Memory Care Residence At Belle's Place, activities aren't events on a calendar — they're opportunities to create meaning. We're looking for an Engagement Specialist
Activities who understands that in memory care, engagement happens all day , but thoughtful activities give structure, purpose, and rhythm to each day.

This role is for someone who can turn programming, creativity, and daily moments into meaningful experiences for residents living with dementia. What You'll Do Plan and lead purposeful activity programming designed specifically for memory care Use music, art, movement, sensory experiences, and reminiscence to support connection and joy Adapt activities in real time based on resident abilities, mood, and needs Support both group and one-on-one engagement throughout the day Work alongside care team members to integrate engagement into daily routines Create a calm, welcoming, and engaging environment Build relationships with residents and families through consistent, meaningful interaction Document participation and outcomes per memory care requirements Who You Are Creative, patient, and engaging by nature Comfortable leading groups and connecting one-on-one Observant and flexible — able to adjust plans without losing purpose A team player who understands that activities set the tone for the day Experience in memory care, activities, recreation, or dementia care is a plus (but not required) Why Belle's Place Memory care is our focus — it's what we do Activities are central to our care philosophy, not an add-on We live our values: Integrity, Respect, and Loyalty We believe Moments Matter , especially the everyday ones You'll be supported, trained, and encouraged to bring your ideas to life This role isn't about filling time.
