Job DescriptionPark 6 Logistics is seeking a polished, organized, and people-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to support our communication, brand reputation, and relationship-building initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys working with people, and can coordinate multiple projects while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The Public Relations Coordinator will help strengthen relationships with clients, partners, community contacts, and other key stakeholders while supporting internal and external communications.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with the planning and coordination of public relations and communication initiatives.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and community contacts.
Prepare professional written communications, presentations, announcements, and informational materials.
Coordinate meetings, company events, outreach initiatives, and other relationship-building activities.
Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Help maintain a consistent and professional company image across communications and public-facing activities.
Respond to inquiries professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Assist in identifying opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and community relationships.
Maintain organized records related to contacts, communications, events, and ongoing initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership and other departments on company announcements and special projects.
Monitor feedback and help identify opportunities to improve communication and stakeholder experience.
Represent Park 6 Logistics professionally during meetings, events, and business interactions.
