We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Liaison & Marketing Representative to help grow community awareness, build referral relationships, and support resident occupancy goals. Position Summary The Community Liaison & Marketing Representative serves as a key ambassador for Horizon Northridge throughout the local community. This individual will develop relationships with healthcare professionals, senior service organizations, referral partners, and prospective residents and families. The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, and passionate about helping seniors discover the benefits of independent living and supportive services available at Horizon Northridge. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, home care agencies, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources. Conduct regular community outreach visits and presentations to promote Horizon Northridge's independent living community and available services. Generate qualified leads and referrals through networking, community engagement, and business development activities. Represent Horizon Northridge at health fairs, senior expos, community events, and professional networking functions. Coordinate resident and family tours, follow-up communications, and outreach efforts with prospective residents. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, community events, and promotional initiatives. Maintain accurate records of referral activities, contacts, and lead generation efforts. Collaborate with community leadership to achieve occupancy and census goals. Monitor local market trends and identify opportunities to increase community visibility and referrals. Support social media and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, community relations, admissions, sales, or business development preferred. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a territory. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Reliable transportation for local travel. Why Join Horizon Northridge?
